Qualifications

• BS degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Proven working experience in Quality Management & Business Process Management in Hospitality/Health/Retail or related industry.
• Certified ISO 9001:2015 (QMS).
• Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques.
• Proficiency in English.
• Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools.
• Awareness of industry's latest technology trends and applications.
• Ability to think strategically and to lead.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Tend to focus on the entire process from beginning to end, introducing innovation into the process that can impact results, enhance profitability and assist the organization to meet its business objectives and goals.
• Improving corporate performance, and she does this by optimizing and managing the business process of a company.
• Maintain company's certification (ISO 9001:2015)
• Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
• Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission
• Develop service procedures, policies and standards
• Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
• Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports
• Coaching and develop service consultant and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
