Job summary

Meratus Group, a leading conglomerate in shipping, logistics, energy and infrastructure, seeks a seasoned PMO CEO to guide the project portfolio across the group. You will set PMO strategy, oversee planning, execution, and reporting, and ensure timely, on-budget delivery while aligning with strategic goals.

You will lead diverse teams, coordinate with division heads and the CEO, and present dashboards and decision papers for board-level discussions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
MBA preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
Experience in shipping, logistics, energy, or infrastructure sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee project planning & execution across the group.
Monitor progress and prepare consolidated status reports for the CEO.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align with strategic objectives.
Identify delays and risks and initiate corrective actions.
Support preparation of presentations and decision papers for board discussions.
