Job summary

Qualifications

• Lead engineering and maintenance with experience in design, development, and oversight of mechanical, plumbing, electrical, automation, and instrument systems.
• Ensure quality and safety standards for machines and processes, with preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, quality, and electrical engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Building design and developing systems, components, and products using CAD software
• Build teams including training (engineering and maintenance) and do KPI each team
• Performing engineering analysis, including pressure, thermal issue, and fluid flow simulations, Insect controller, and other data need
• Creating and checking technical drawings, specifications, and documentation (report, standard operational procedure for new machine or others)
• Overseeing for prototyping, testing, and validation of new designs
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing (production), quality, and electrical engineering, maintenance team
• Identify and resolve design issues throughout the product lifecycle
• Ensuring designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and project requirements
• Supervising cost estimation and material selection for projects
• Monitoring IOT process, Energy consumption, and Collaborating for water treatment and WWTP process

Engineering and Maintenance Chief has skill of design, develop, and oversee the manufacturing of mechanical, plumbing, electrical, automation, and instrument systems. The role involves solving technical challenges, improving product performance, and ensuring quality and safety standards related to machines and processes, ensuring machines can operate normally with programs and schedules (preventive, corrective and predictive programs).
