Shift work is required, including public holidays and designated leave periods.

Qualifications

• Holding a minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• Possessing CDCP (Certified Data Center Professional) certification.
• Minimum 5–12 years of experience in engineering roles within data center or mission-critical facilities.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to coordinate with government stakeholders and tenants.
• Extensive senior‑level engineering leadership experience.

Job description

Oversee the design, operation, and maintenance of mission-critical infrastructure systems (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire protection, and controls)

Ensure high availability, redundancy, and resilience of data center and critical facilities

Develop and implement engineering standards, policies, and best practices aligned with CDCP principles

Lead, mentor, and manage engineering teams and external service providers

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, regulatory, and industry standards

Prepare and control engineering budgets and operational expenditures

Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

Holding a minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).

Possessing CDCP (Certified Data Center Professional) certification.

Minimum 5–12 years of experience in engineering roles within data center or mission-critical facilities

Strong background in data center operations or mission-critical environments. Experience in commercial, government, or large-scale buildings will be an advantage.

Demonstrated knowledge of data center infrastructure, redundancy, uptime requirements also MEP systems, and government regulatory compliance

Strong communication and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to coordinate with government stakeholders and tenants.

Extensive senior‑level engineering leadership experience

Willingness to work on a shift basis, including public holidays, national holidays, and designated collective leave periods
