Qualifications

• 8–12 years in communications, brand, or creative leadership with strategy and execution experience.
• Track record elevating brand in high-growth tech/fintech/ marketplace environments.
• Experience leading in-house teams while coordinating with external agencies.
• Strong written/verbal communication with ability to briefs clearly and pitch persuasively.

Responsibilities

• Own Cinch's communications strategy for B2C and B2B, defining voice and messaging.
• Develop messaging pillars, tone of voice, and narrative frameworks across channels.
• Lead media relations and manage agencies and press contacts.
• Translate business milestones into timely, high-impact communications.
• Set and maintain the creative vision for Cinch across all brand touchpoints.
• Guide in-house team and external partners to deliver high‑quality, on-brand work.
• Ensure consistency of visual and verbal brand language across outputs.
• Oversee brand identity, guidelines, and messaging architecture.
• Drive communications for high-stakes B2B partnerships and materials.
• Lead, develop, and grow a small in-house team; manage external partners and budgets.
