Job summary

Alila Solo is looking for a Chef de Partie to lead daily kitchen operations and uphold the highest standards of food quality and hygiene. You will report to the Sous Chef and collaborate closely to exceed guest expectations through locally inspired experiences and meticulous execution.

The ideal candidate has a culinary degree, plus relevant experience in luxury or high-end hospitality environments, and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Indonesian nationality with a degree in Culinary or Hospitality Management.
• Minimum 2 years as Chef de Partie or 3–4 years as Demi Chef de Partie in hotel or large restaurant with high standards.
• Luxury international brand experience preferred.
• Kitchen hygiene and health & safety knowledge essential.

Responsibilities

• As Chef de Partie you will manage day-to-day operations of the culinary department.
• Report to the Sous Chef and ensure Hyatt standards while delivering unique local experiences.
