Job summary

PT Indo Highland Investment is seeking chefs (Chef de partie & Commis) for our partner location in the Maldives. The role requires a minimum 1 year of experience, familiarity with Italian and Western cuisines, and strong communication with customers and team members.

Tickets, visa, accommodation, meals, and health insurance are provided. Contract period is 1–2 years and salary includes a performance-based bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum Senior High School graduate (SMA or equivalent).
• Able to work in the Maldives.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the related field.
• Experience in Italian Cuisine and Western food or other Cuisine.
• Ability to communicate and interact with all types of people, both externally with customers and internally with team members and other departments.
