Location: Indonesia - PTAMI
Responsibilities include:
- Supervising bakery night shift product delivery, ensuring adherence to recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintaining product quality through tasting and monitoring during production.
- Following company recipes for Danish pastries, muffins, bread, etc., and maintaining recipe files.
- Supervising breakfast production and operational activities as directed.
- Participating in daily briefings and staff meetings.
- Controlling food consumption and meeting bakery cost targets.
- Planning daily/shift production schedules.
- Monitoring ingredient usage and planning orders.
- Staying updated on new trends and production methods.
- Training and mentoring bakery staff for performance and career growth.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Formal qualification in Pastry/Bakery from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 5 years of bakery experience, with at least 2 years as CDP Baker, preferably on cruise ships.
- Strong knowledge of international bakery recipes.
- Good English skills, verbal and written.
- Excellent communication and supervisory skills.
- Customer service-oriented with a friendly personality.
- Ability to work in a diverse cultural environment.
