Job summary

Balquisse Heritage Hotel in Jimbaran, Bali, seeks an experienced kitchen professional to prepare and cook according to standards and recipes, while managing a kitchen section and supporting the Sous Chef.

You will ensure food hygiene, supervise Commis Chefs, control stock and waste, and maintain cleanliness of equipment in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant.
• Culinary background preferred.
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen operations.
• Team player, disciplined, and responsible.
• Able to work under pressure.
