Job summary

Pullman Hotels & Resorts in Bandung is hiring a Chef De Partie to join our busy kitchen team. You will assist in delivering high-quality dishes, maintaining standards, and collaborating with colleagues to create memorable guest experiences.

The role requires the ability to work under pressure, stay motivated, and uphold HACCP guidelines while serving guests in a dynamic luxury hotel environment. Training opportunities are available across Accor properties.

Qualifications

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team.
• Diplomas/certifications required if needed.

Responsibilities

• Actively share ideas, opinions and suggestions to improve the environment and menus.
• Ensure the consistency in the preparation of all food items for a la carte and/or buffet menus according to property recipes and standards.
• Communicate effectively with the rest of the team and thrive for guest feedback.
