Job summary

Accor in Bandung is seeking a proactive Housekeeping Supervisor to uphold our high cleanliness standards. You will supervise housekeeping procedures, open and close shifts, and help prepare efficient departmental schedules while ensuring seamless room allocations.

Collaborate with Front Office to meet guest needs, replenish supplies, and maintain audit standards, delivering attentive service and a welcoming atmosphere in a diverse team environment.

• Open and close the shift and ensure effective shift hand over.
• Assist with the preparation of efficient departmental work schedules.
• Perform room allocations and room inspections to check audit standards and ensure overall cleanliness
• Liaise with Front Office for guest and hotel requirements.
• Replenish guest supplies and ensure that guests requests are promptly attended to.
