Job summary

PHINTRACO GROUP in Jakarta is seeking a software engineer to build and maintain chatbot applications using Python, Node.js, or Java, with a focus on NLP-driven conversations. The role involves implementing NLP techniques, designing scalable back-end architectures, and integrating with messaging platforms such as WhatsApp, Slack, Telegram, and more using APIs or middleware.

Collaborate with data science teams, ensure code quality, and document systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience building chatbots with Python, Node.js, or Java.
• Hands-on experience with NLP technologies.
• Solid understanding of basic Machine Learning concepts for conversational AI.
• Experience integrating chatbots with platforms such as WhatsApp, Slack, Telegram, or Facebook Messenger via APIs.
• Familiarity with Dialogflow, Rasa, Microsoft Bot Framework, or similar (preferred).
• Strong collaboration and communication in cross-functional teams (backend, frontend, QA).
• Ability to write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
