Job summary

Confidential is seeking a highly motivated strategist to work directly with the CEO on strategic initiatives and business expansion.

You will support planning, track performance, and lead cross-functional projects while preparing executive presentations and reports for senior leadership.

Required: MBA or Bachelor with 3.7+ GPA, 3–6 years in strategy/operations/analytics, advanced Excel with financial modeling, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA with minimum 3.7 GPA.
• 3–6 years experience in strategy, operations, or analytics.
• Advanced Excel skills with financial modeling ability.
• Strong communication across senior stakeholders with excellent verbal and written English.
• Demonstrated experience leading a project end-to-end.
• Can work independently, take initiative, and execute without being told.
• Confident in meetings and able to represent the CEO Office well.
• Comfortable speaking up and challenging ideas respectfully.
• High integrity and able to handle confidential information.
