Seven Retail is seeking a CEO Office Manager to support strategic decision-making and drive cross-functional initiatives across its growing house of brands. The role focuses on data analysis, market insights, and translating strategy into actionable plans to improve performance and execution across multiple business units.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years in management consulting or strategy/operations, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong communication with stakeholders.

• 3–5 years of experience in management consulting or a relevant strategy/operations role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn insights into action.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
