• 1–3 years in consulting, strategy, operations, project management, or startups; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured mindset.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
