Job summary

EY Indonesia seeks a Travel Coordinator to book travel and coordinate arrangements for staff and clients. You will manage itineraries, ensure compliance with travel policies, and liaise with hotels and vendors to secure corporate rates.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage detailed information effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Skilled in resolving travel-related issues and providing practical solutions.
• High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure, including overtime when needed.
• Strong negotiation skills, especially in securing corporate rates directly with hotels or any other vendors.
