Job summary

JINGDONG Industrials in Jakarta invites a results-driven procurement professional to join our expanding team. You will manage supplier relationships, conduct quotations, negotiate contracts, and monitor delivery while upholding quality standards.

In a fast-paced, global environment, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners, optimise processes, and support cost-saving initiatives as we scale our end-to-end supply chain solutions.

Responsibilities

• Supplier Management: Develop and maintain a portfolio of high-quality suppliers, establish a supplier evaluation system, implement tiered management and performance assessments, and ensure supply chain stability and resource competitiveness.
• Procurement Execution: Lead the full procurement process including quotation comparison, contract negotiation, and order tracking; handle exceptional orders and after‑sales issues; and ensure timely delivery of materials and compliance with quality standards.
• Cost Control: Analyse market price trends, develop procurement strategies, and reduce procurement costs through centralised purchasing, framework agreements, and other methods to achieve annual cost‑saving targets.
• Process Optimization: Streamline procurement business processes, establish standardised operating procedures, promote the implementation of an e‑procurement system, and improve procurement efficiency and compliance.
• Business Support: Align with operational department requirements, provide professional procurement solutions, coordinate cross‑departmental collaboration, and support the achievement of business objectives.
