Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience managing end-to-end campaigns.

• Good understanding of ecommerce and affiliate landscape.

Responsibilities

• Strategy development: Define data-driven campaign strategies grounded in GMV growth.
• Campaign design: Translate strategy into mechanics, incentives, and workflows.
• Execution management: Lead end-to-end delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Stakeholder alignment: Partner with BD, Affiliate, Strategy, and Creator teams.
• Performance optimization: Improve creator activeness and content supply.
• Performance analysis: Evaluate outcomes, identify drivers and gaps.
• Continuous improvement: Refine strategy based on data insights.
