Job summary

PT. Era Blu Elektronik is seeking a proactive Buying / Merchandising professional to lead product assortment, supplier negotiations, and stock allocation in Jakarta.

You will manage purchasing activities, set pricing strategies, and coordinate promotions with the aim of maximizing retail performance. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in Buying, Merchandising, or Category Management in retail or FMCG, with strong negotiation and English communication skills, and a data-driven, proactive mindset

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Buying / Merchandising / Category Management (retail, FMCG, or multibrand preferred).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written) for communication with suppliers and business partners.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to identify market trends and consumer behavior.
• Knowledge of supply chain, inventory management, and pricing strategy.
• Proactive, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
