Responsibilities

• Process customer payments accurately using the POS system for dining transactions.
• Handle cash, card payments, and other payment methods with precision and honesty.
• Provide courteous and professional service to customers at the checkout counter.
• Balance cash registers at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and prepare daily financial reports.
• Address customer queries and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and security.
• Keep the checkout area clean, organised and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
• Collaborate with waitstaff and kitchen team to ensure efficient service delivery.

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Cashier to join our team at PT Langgeng Dunia Selaras. This is a contract position based in South Tangerang, Banten. As Cashier at Cutt & Grill, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth operations at our point of sale. This role is integral to maintaining a positive customer experience and accurate financial management for our hospitality business.
