Job summary

PT WEGO MEDIKA INDONESIA is seeking a seasoned Sales Leader to shape and execute national sales strategies, build a high-performing team, and drive growth in Interventional Cardiology and Peripheral Vascular segments across Indonesia. You will expand hospital networks, manage key accounts, and foster strong relationships with doctors and hospitals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Medicine, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the medical device industry.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager / Sales Leader.
• Experience in Interventional Cardiology and/or Peripheral Vascular.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and business strategy skills.
• Strong network with doctors and hospitals.
• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
• Willing to travel nationwide across Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Lead, develop, and evaluate the national sales team.
• Drive business growth in Interventional Cardiology & Peripheral Vascular.
• Develop and expand hospital networks and strategic accounts.
• Build strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and principals.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
