Job summary

OCBC Indonesia is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support card operations, including processing new card applications, handling settlements, and managing various card-related transactions.

You will collaborate with risk, finance, and customer service teams to resolve complex issues, while gaining SME knowledge in unsecured credit and chargebacks through phased internal training.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in banking operations, fintech, or card processing (preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/CRM systems (preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication in Indonesian and English (active English preferred).
• Detail-oriented, meticulous, and able to work under pressure with high targets.

Responsibilities

• Process New Card Applications accurately and in accordance with SOPs.
• Support operational card services including limit change requests, balance transfers, etc.
• Process financial transactions related to cards (billing, payments, refunds).
• Handle chargeback cases and card settlements per company procedures.
• Coordinate with other teams (risk, finance, customer service) to resolve operational issues.
• Learn and master SME-level domain knowledge in unsecured credit, chargebacks, and card settlement after stabilizing in initial tasks.
• Report operational findings or anomalies to supervisors for further action.

How You Succeed:

Your strong attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and systems, and bilingual communication abilities in Indonesian and English position you to excel in processing card applications and financial transactions accurately while managing high-pressure targets effectively.

What You Do:

• Process New Card Applications accurately and in accordance with SOPs.

Who You Are:
