PT Excelso Multirasa, a part of the Excelso coffee shop network, is seeking a Cook/Commis for its Emporium Pluit Mall outlet in Jakarta. You will prepare and cook foods according to recipes and presentation standards while maintaining cleanliness and proper food handling.

The role requires at least a high school/vocational education in Hospitality or Culinary and a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Cook/Commis, with willingness to work shifts and holidays.

Competenze

• Has at least a high school/vocational education in Hospitality / Culinary.
• Has at least 2 years of experience as a Cook / Commis.
• Is willing to work shifts and on holidays.
• Is willing to be placed at the Excelso Emporium Pluit Mall outlet.

Mansioni

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes and food presentation standards.
• Keep the kitchen area and food ingredients clean.
• Manage raw material supplies.
• Master HACCP, cutting techniques, and other cooking methods.
