Qualifications

• Willing to work shifts, including holidays.
• Available to join immediately for the training process.
• Willing to be placed in Surabaya.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food, as well as prepare coffee and other beverages according to standard recipes.
• Ensure food and beverage quality, taste, and presentation meet company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety in the kitchen and beverage preparation area.
• Monitor ingredient and beverage stock availability.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and coffee machines properly.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
