GoldenAgri is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Administrator to support the Division in Sampit. The role focuses on assisting procurement prep, monitoring requests, supplier negotiations, and ensuring PO compliance across departments.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor degree, up to 1 year as a Buyer, strong analytical and communication skills, and is willing to be based at Sampit Office in Kalimantan Tengah.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Assist procurement preparation process and documents per company policies.
• Monitor procurement requests and SRM shopping card entries.
• Negotiate pricing, conditions, and requirements with suppliers to obtain best terms.
• Check availability of goods per PO requirements (quantity, quality, delivery, payment terms).
• Coordinate delivery times from suppliers to SBUs as needed.
• Perform SRM bidding and create QCF to issue Purchase Order.
• Actively seek alternative vendors or subcontractors when necessary.
• Monitor and follow up outstanding Purchase Orders.

Job Description Summary:

Responsible for the overall administration of the Division / Department.

Job Description :

• To assist procurement preparation process and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.

• To monitor and follow up on procurement request and entered Shopping Card in SRM list under the responsibility of Procurement.

• To negotiate pricing proposal, conditions, and requirements to purchase goods and services directly to the supplier in order to obtain the best price, conditions, and requirements.

• To check and monitor the availability of goods and services in compliance with the quantity, quality, delivery time, payment terms and other requirements specified in the Purchase Order.

• To coordinate and arrange delivery time from suppliers to relevant SBUs as per the required needs and fund availabilities.

• To perform SRM bidding and create QCF as the basis to issue Purchase Order (PO).

• To actively seek alternative vendors / suppliers, or sub-contractors whenever necessary.

• To monitor and follow up outstanding Purchase Order..

Job Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in any field

• Having maximum 1 year of working experience as Buyer

• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply

• Good in analytical thinking and communication skill

• Willing to be located in Sampit Office
