PT. SIGMA GLOBAL TEKNOLOGI (SIGMATECH) seeks an experienced Senior Business Tester to lead UAT and verification for core banking implementations. You will develop test plans, manage end-to-end scenarios, and coordinate across Upstream, Downstream, and Treasury teams.

You will drive defect triage, readiness assessments, and go-live sign-off, liaising with IT and vendors, with strong English communication and banking domain knowledge. Based in Jakarta Selatan, on-site role.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of banking experience, including at least 5 years leading Business Testing, UAT, or Business Verification for Core Banking or large-scale system implementations.
• Hands-on experience in bank mergers, integrations, or core banking system migrations is strongly preferred.
• Good knowledge of banking products and operations, including Treasury, Transaction Banking, Corporate Banking, Payments/Settlement, Finance, and Regulatory Reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage business testing activities, including UAT and business verification, in alignment with project objectives and testing policies.
• Develop business test plans, scope, schedules, resource allocation, entry/exit criteria, and test coverage.
• Coordinate business testing across Upstream, Downstream, and Treasury teams, including business testers and relevant stakeholders.
• Review and validate test scenarios and test cases to ensure coverage of business requirements, end-to-end processes, system functionalities, and operational procedures.
• Manage defect triage, prioritization, tracking, retesting, escalation, and closure in collaboration with IT teams and vendors.
• Identify and manage business process gaps, testing dependencies, risks, and operational readiness issues.
• Ensure testing prerequisites, including environments, test data, system access, documentation, and test evidence, are properly prepared and maintained.
• Prepare testing completion reports, coordinate business sign-off, assess go-live readiness, and ensure outstanding issues have clear ownership and resolution plans.
• Strong test management skills, including test strategy, test planning, test scenario design, defect lifecycle management, and entry/exit criteria.
• Experience in test management and defect tracking tools, such as Jira.
• Ability to translate business requirements and processes into end-to-end test scenarios.
• Ability to assess business readiness, including operational procedures, exception handling, dependencies, and workarounds.
• Strong stakeholder management across business users, IT teams, vendors, and senior management.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Requirements:

7. Strong test management skills, including test strategy, test planning, test scenario design, defect lifecycle management, and entry/exit criteria.

8. Experienced in test management and defect tracking tools, such as Jira.

9. Ability to translate business requirements and processes into end-to-end test scenarios.

10. Ability to assess business readiness, including operational procedures, exception handling, dependencies, and workarounds.

11. Strong stakeholder management across business users, IT teams, vendors, and senior management.

12. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and structured reporting skills.

13. Ability to challenge test coverage and elevate critical business readiness concerns.

14. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
