Job summary

DHL Group Indonesia is seeking a motivated university student in their final semester for a 6-12 month internship in Process Improvement. You will assist with administrative tasks, generate reports, and coordinate communications with internal stakeholders to support ongoing projects.

Ideal candidates bring strong MS Office skills, written and verbal English proficiency, and reliable time management and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• University students in their final semester from any major.
• Campus organizational or internship experience is a plus.
• Ready to commit for 6-12 months internship period.

Job Purpose

Provide day-to-day support for Process Improvement at DHL Global Forwarding Indonesia

Key Tasks

• Under close guidance and supervision, provide administrative support on processes and activities
• Perform generally repetitive routine activity such as reporting
• Manage communication with internal stakeholder as required

Skills & Requirement

• Ms Office Suite specially Excel, Power Point and Outlook
• Well versed of written & verbal English
• Good time management andself-discipline
• Good communication skill

Qualifications & Key Requirements

Education Level: University students from any major in their last semesters

Experience Level: Campus organizational experience, internship experience will be additional value
