Perusahaan ICT terkemuka di Indonesia mencari Business Manager yang berpengalaman untuk mengembangkan dan mengeksekusi rencana penjualan strategis. Anda akan memimpin tim, mengelola saluran penjualan, dan mendukung akuisisi serta ekspansi pelanggan. Dengan kualifikasi dari jurusan Teknik Informatika atau Manajemen dan pengalaman minimal 4 tahun dalam penjualan SAP/ERP, Anda diharapkan untuk membawa pendekatan penjualan berbasis nilai dan menangani negosiasi kompleks di level eksekutif.

  • Lulusan S1/S2 dari jurusan Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, Manajemen, dsb.
  • Min. pengalaman sebagai Business Manager 4 tahun.
  • Prefer untuk penjualan SAP/ERP/Cloud/SaaS.
  • Terbiasa bekerja secara tim atau individu.
  • Notice period: 1 bulan untuk bisa join.
  • Punya laptop pribadi untuk penunjang kerja.

Responsibilities

  • Kembangkan dan laksanakan rencana penjualan strategis untuk mencapai target pendapatan.
  • Pimpin, mentor, dan latih tim Account Executives.
  • Kelola saluran penjualan dan pastikan kesehatan pipelining.
  • Dorong akuisisi bisnis baru dan ekspansi pelanggan.
  • Dukungan dalam siklus penjualan yang kompleks dan bernilai tinggi.
  • Dorong pendekatan penjualan berbasis nilai.
  • Awasi pengembangan proposal dan negosiasi.

Key Responsibilities
  • Target Achievement: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue and profitability goals.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Account Executives, providing consistent feedback, deal inspection, support for professional development, develop sales team to achieve the sales KPIs.
  • Forecasting & Pipeline: Own the sales pipeline for the assigned territory/team, ensuring pipeline health, accuracy, and predictability in sales forecasting using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • New Business/Expansion: Drive both Net New Name acquisition (finding new clients) and Customer Expansion (cross‑sell/up‑sell within the existing SAP installed base).
  • Complex Deal Closure: Actively support the team in complex, high‑value sales cycles, providing deal strategy, executive sponsorship, and commercial governance.
  • Value Selling: Champion a value‑based selling approach, ensuring the team articulates the business outcomes and ROI of SAP solutions to clients.
  • Proposal & Negotiation: Oversee the development of tailored proposals and presentations; lead contract and pricing negotiations with C‑level executives.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Lulusan S1/S2 dari jurusan Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, Management, dsb.
  • Min. pengalaman sebagai Business Manager 4 tahun.
  • Prefer: untuk penjualan SAP/ERP/Cloud/SaaS masih ok mba tapi yg didahulukan lebih ke penjualan product SAP/ERP ya.
  • Terbiasa bekerja secara tim atau individu.
