Job summary

APP Group seeks an experienced management consultant to identify and drive improvements in EBITDA and operational efficiency within a global finance context. The role involves diagnosing performance gaps, developing actionable plans, and leading cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 5-8 years in consulting or transformation, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence at the highest levels. On-site work is required at Serpong, South Tangerang.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
• 5-8 years of experience in Management Consulting, Business Transformation or related fields.
• Strong business and commercial acumen.
• Proven ability to identify and solve performance issues.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to influence and communicate with senior management.
• Experience in driving cross-functional improvement projects preferred.

Responsibilities
