Job summary

PT. Tradelink Technologies Indonesia is seeking a Business Development professional with experience in Professional Services to deliver end-to-end Supply Chain IT solutions for buyers, suppliers, logistics, and retail customers.

The role involves analyzing business needs, participating in client meetings, and documenting requirements. The position requires 2–4 years of experience, strong English skills, and the ability to present and train customers.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• 2 - 4 years of working experience.
• Preferably major in Supply Chain Management (SCM), Industrial Engineering or Computer Science.
• Problem solver able to work independently and professionally.
• Able to work under pressure and communicate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to establish and build good customer relationships.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills, capable of delivering engaging demonstrations, workshops, and customer training.

Responsibilities

• Provide Supply Chain IT Solutions to Buyers, Suppliers, Logistics and Retail customers.
• Conduct business analysis and participate in customers' meetings to gather user requirements and prepare documentation.
• Conduct solution testing, provide user training and implement the solution onsite or remotely.
• Provide customer support and trouble-shooting through phone and email.
• Manage customer accounts and maintain customer information.
• Provide suggestions to improve the solutions and products.
