Job summary

RedDoorz is seeking a Business Development professional in Sulawesi to expand our hotel network and grow local partnerships. You will build and acquire new sales leads within the hospitality sector and nurture relationships to drive loyalty and bookings.

The role requires 2–3 years in BD, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strong communication, and willingness to relocate across Sulawesi. You will prepare proposals and canvass hotels to generate opportunities while staying updated on local
