Job summary

PT ALPLA PACKAGING INDONESIA in Jakarta seeks a Business Development Manager to lead acquisitions, develop opportunities, and expand the customer base in Indonesia.

You will analyze markets, coordinate tenders, and work with regional management to align sales strategies with company goals. Fluent English and a track record in mass packaging sales are required.

• Experience in rigid packaging industry.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration and related field
• Min. 8+ years of experience in Business Development/sales of mass packaging products and / or related activities in domestic market and clients
• Experience in rigid packaging industry
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data using various tools and techniques
• Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings and recommendations clearly
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and solve problems using data-driven insights
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau), and familiarity with marketing technologies
