Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Influencer/KOL management, Account management, or Beauty/lifestyle marketing.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pitch partnership opportunities (gyms, cafés, co-working spaces, wellness studios, fashion brands, clinics, corporates)
• Create and propose partnership packages (cross-promo, bundles, referral programs, member perks)
• Build community-based growth initiatives (events, workshops, beauty talks, pop-ups)
• Maintain an updated CRM/log of partnership conversations and status
• Source, vet, negotiate, and manage KOLs, micro-influencers, beauty creators, lifestyle influencers
• Create clear KOL briefs and track deliverables
• Evaluate performance: engagement, reach, conversion to bookings, content quality
• Work closely with marketing and performance teams to ensure partnerships drive measurable clinic bookings
• Represent OORA Clinic confidently in meetings, pitches, and community events

We're searching for a Business Development & KOL Partnerships Manager who is hands‑on, resourceful, and obsessed with growth. This role blends partnership-building, KOL collaboration, community growth, brand representation, and expansion support.
