Job summary

Social Bread Indonesia is seeking a proactive Sales and Business Development professional to expand our TikTok GO client base across restaurants and F&B brands in Indonesia. You will own the full sales cycle, from outreach to closing and onboarding, tailoring TikTok GO solutions to merchant needs and driving revenue growth.

You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful campaign execution, while staying ahead of market trends and opportunities in the F&B

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or related roles.
• Experience in digital agency, social media, TikTok, or related industry.
• Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proven experience in client acquisition and business growth.
• Strong network within TikTok, digital marketing, or brand ecosystem.

• Handle the full sales process, from pitching and negotiation to closing and onboarding.
• Understand merchant needs and offer relevant TikTok GO solutions and promotions.

• Stay updated on F&B market trends and identify new business opportunities.
