Job summary

Monee is seeking a motivated Product Manager to support the development, launch, and ongoing management of digital insurance products. You will coordinate end-to-end implementation, review user journeys, monitor performance, and analyze data to drive growth and efficiency.

You will collaborate with regional and local teams, build partnerships with insurers, and align with Product, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Finance to deliver on business objectives and continuous improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, launch, and management of new and existing digital insurance products and programs
• Coordinate end-to-end product implementation activities, including user journey reviews, business performance monitoring, competitor analysis, and process improvement initiatives
• Track and analyse key business and product metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend actions to support business growth and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with regional and local teams to support product launches, business initiatives, and go-to-market activities, ensuring smooth execution and alignment across stakeholders
• Build and maintain relationships with insurance partners and external stakeholders to facilitate product development and partnership initiatives
• Manage project timelines and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule and business objectives are achieved
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Product, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Finance teams, to support product implementation, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvements
• Prepare business updates, performance reports, and presentations to support management decision-making and stakeholder discussions
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and industry developments to identify potential opportunities for product enhancements and new insurance solutions
