Job summary

ABeam Consulting Indonesia is seeking a senior Business Consultant to independently lead the SCM project, guiding the team and coordinating with Oracle functional consultants and technical specialists. You will assess current processes, EBS and Fusion SCM capabilities, map requirements, and drive fit-gap analyses and migration roadmaps, delivering client-ready reports and actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• 5-10 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within a consulting firm.
• Hands-on experience in Oracle ERP functional consulting, particularly in SCM, with a strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes.
• Working knowledge of Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM, including business process mapping, fit-gap analysis, configuration, and migration considerations.
• Ability to independently research unfamiliar technologies and solution options using AI tools and reliable documentation, while critically validating findings.
• Strong hands-on problem-solving skills, including the ability to test configurations and develop small proofs of concept (PoCs) to validate solution feasibility.
• Strong motivation to develop as a Business Consultant and contribute to broader SCM and business transformation engagements.
• Strong analytical, logical-thinking, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Proficiency in business documentation and presentation using PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience working as an external consultant in a management or IT consulting firm is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare client-ready assessment reports, fit-gap analyses, scope recommendations, system landscape concepts, and migration roadmaps.
• Facilitate client workshops, explain recommendations and trade-offs, and support RFP preparation and implementation planning.
• Manage assigned tasks through completion and contribute to business improvement projects beyond Oracle.
