Job summary

ABeam Consulting Indonesia seeks a Freelance Oracle Functional Consultant (FIN) to analyze finance processes, review EBS/ERP configurations and conduct Fit & Gap against Fusion Cloud ERP. The role covers GL, AP, AR, Tax, FA, SLA and related modules, with client interviews and workshops guiding future-state design.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of experience in Oracle ERP implementation, support, or consulting.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Finance or Oracle EBS Finance.
• Strong understanding of finance processes and ERP systems.
• Experience in As-Is / To-Be analysis and Fit & Gap assessments.
• Ability to conduct client interviews and requirements discussions.

Responsibilities

Freelance Oracle Functional Consultant - FIN

• Analyze and assess current Finance business processes and operational workflows.
• Review existing Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance configurations, utilization, and supporting processes.
• Conduct Fit & Gap assessments against Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP standard functionality.
• Evaluate existing customizations and define their future-state disposition together with the Technical Consultant.
• Support the design and documentation of future-state (To-Be) business processes leveraging Oracle Fusion Cloud capabilities.
• Identify data migration requirements, scope, and key considerations.
• Prepare assessment reports, recommendations, and presentation materials.
• Facilitate client interviews, workshops, and requirements-gathering sessions.
• Cover finance functional areas including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Tax, Fixed Assets (FA), Subledger Accounting (SLA), and other Oracle Finance modules.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of relevant project experience in Oracle ERP implementation, support, or consulting.
• Knowledge of or implementation experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Finance.
• Experience implementing or supporting Oracle EBS Finance.
• Strong understanding of Finance processes and ERP systems.
• Experience in As-Is / To-Be analysis and Fit & Gap assessment.
• Ability to assess whether existing customization requirements can be covered by Oracle Fusion Cloud standard functionality.
• Ability to define future business requirements where standard functionality is insufficient.
• Experience conducting client interviews and requirements discussions.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and/or Bahasa Indonesia.
• Oracle Fusion Cloud Implementation certification or equivalent Oracle certification (optional).
