Job summary

ABeam Consulting seeks a seasoned Oracle ERP specialist to analyze and optimize Procurement and SCM processes, review EBS configurations, and perform Fit & Gap analyses against Fusion Cloud SCM. You will collaborate with Technical Consultants to define future-state designs and data migration needs, and support client workshops and interviews.

The role covers PRC, MFG, INV, CST, SCP, OM, and other Oracle SCM modules, requiring strong finance process knowledge and English/ID language skills.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of relevant project experience in Oracle ERP implementation, support, or consulting.
• Knowledge of or implementation experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP SCM.
• Experience implementing or supporting Oracle EBS SCM.
• Strong understanding of Finance processes and ERP systems.
• Experience in As-Is / To-Be analysis and Fit & Gap assessment.
• Ability to assess whether existing customization requirements can be covered by Oracle Fusion Cloud standard functionality.
• Ability to define future business requirements where standard functionality is insufficient.
• Experience conducting client interviews and requirements discussions.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and/or Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and assess current Procurement and Supply Chain Management (SCM) business processes.
• Review existing Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) SCM configurations, system utilization, and operational procedures.
• Conduct Fit & Gap analysis against Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM standard functionality.
• Evaluate existing customizations and define their future-state disposition in collaboration with the Technical Consultant.
• Support the design and documentation of future-state (To-Be) business processes utilizing Oracle Fusion Cloud capabilities.
• Identify data migration scope, requirements, and key considerations.
• Prepare assessment reports, recommendations, and presentation materials.
• Participate in client interviews, workshops, and requirements-gathering sessions.
• Cover functional areas including Procurement (PRC), Manufacturing (MFG), Inventory (INV), Cost Management (CST), Supply Chain Planning (SCP), Order Management (OM), and other Oracle SCM modules.
