Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in banking IT or regulatory reporting, with strong data analysis and SQL scripting abilities, and excellent cross-functional collaboration skills to work

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree required in IT, MIS, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in banking or financial services, specifically within IT, MIS, or Regulatory Reporting teams.
• Deep understanding of Indonesian banking regulations with hands-on Antasena, IFRS9, and SLIK reporting.
• Strong SQL scripting and data analysis abilities.
• Experience with SDLC methodologies and tech project management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree required
• Minimum of 3–5 years of working experience in banking or financial services, specifically within IT, MIS, or Regulatory Reporting teams.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of Indonesian banking regulations and hands-on experience handling Antasena, IFRS9, and SLIK reporting.
• Proficient in data analysis with strong analytical thinking. Ability to write and analyze SQL scripts is a significant advantage.
• Project Management: Proven experience in SDLC methodologies and managing tech-related financial projects.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with professionals from diverse technical and non-technical backgrounds.
