Job summary

You will ensure high-quality requirements for strategic transformations, mentor Business Analysts, and translate business strategy into clear, structured, and prioritized requirements.

You will collaborate with IT architecture, IT delivery, and stakeholders to guarantee solution alignment, traceability, and value realization across end-to-end processes, supporting go-live

Qualifications

• Minimum experience as IT Business Analyst or similar role: 3 years.
• Follow business analysis standards, methodologies, and best practices.
• Translate business strategy and high-level objectives into clear, structured, and prioritized requirements.
• Ensure project and transformation requirements completeness, consistency, and traceability across end-to-end processes.
• Having knowledge and experience on SAP System/Treasury Project.
• Collaborate closely with IT architecture, IT delivery, business stakeholders, application owners to ensure solution alignment.
• Support value realization tracking and readiness for go-live.
