Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years hands-on experience in Legacy ETL projects.
• Direct experience with Tencent Cloud WeData for data integration and orchestration.
• Direct experience with Tencent Cloud DLC for SQL-based lake processing.
• Proficient in Legacy ETL tools and languages (graph, dml, xfr, source code analysis).
• Experience designing transformation patterns and guiding development teams.
• Strong knowledge of data architecture, pipeline design, and performance tuning.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Role Summary
We are looking for an ETL Data Architect to lead the design, transformation, and migration of large-scale legacy ETL jobs to modern platforms. The role involves deep analysis of existing ETL logic, designing new migration patterns, and guiding development teams through complex transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead source code analysis, logic restoration, and transformation pattern design for legacy ETL jobs (graph/dml/xfr/sap/pl)
• Design and guide the implementation of migration solutions and transformation patterns
• Review outputs and provide technical guidance to ETL Development Engineers
• Architect high-throughput data pipelines with performance tuning and optimization

Person Specifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related fields
• Strong hands-on experience in Legacy ETL projects (minimum 5+ years preferred)
• Direct and proven experience with Tencent Cloud WeData (data integration, orchestration, scheduling)
• Direct and proven experience with Tencent Cloud DLC (Data Lake Compute) – SQL-based lake processing
• Proficient in Legacy ETL tools and languages (graph, dml, xfr, source code analysis, logic restoration)
• Experience designing transformation patterns and guiding development teams
• Strong knowledge of data architecture, pipeline design, and performance tuning
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Spark, Airflow, or modern data platforms
• Background in telecom, data warehouse, or large-scale migration projects
• Joining: Immediate joiners are highly preferable
