EQPM in Jakarta is seeking a seasoned QA specialist for Internet Banking and Mobile Banking database testing across Payments and Funds Transfer journeys.
The role requires strong SQL skills, hands-on database validation, and experience in SIT/UAT and production rollout support within banking environments. Knowledge of Oracle/SQL Server/PostgreSQL/MySQL and data reconciliation is essential.

Role SummaryMinimum 4+ years (Lower Bound) and 7-9 years (Upper Bound) experience in Banking and Financial Services domain.Strong expertise in Internet Banking (IB) and Mobile Banking (MB) platforms.Database TestingExperience working on Retail Banking journeys including Customer Onboarding, CASA, Payments, Funds Transfer, Deposits, Loans, Cards, and Customer Servicing.Strong understanding of Digital Banking ecosystems, omnichannel banking, and customer journeys.Experience supporting Digital Banking implementations, enhancements, and production releases.Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and guidelines issued by various local authority (BNN, PayNet, BI & others)Good understanding of Malaysia and Indonesia Banking Regulations and compliance requirements.Experience validating regulatory and compliance requirements during SIT, UAT, and Production Rollouts.Exposure to ASEAN banking markets and multi-country Digital Banking implementations will be preferred.Strong hands-on experience in Database Testing and Backend Validation.Proficient in SQL query writing for data validation, reconciliation, and root cause analysis.Experience validating data across Front-end Channels, APIs, Middleware, and Core Banking systems.Experience performing transaction reconciliation, customer data validation, account balance verification, and reporting validation.Hands-on experience with Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar databases.Understanding of ETL processes, Data Migration Testing, and Integration Testing.
