About the role

PT Karsa Parahyangan Property is seeking a dedicated and organised Building Management Supervisor to join our team in Bandung, West Java. This is a full-time position based on-site, where you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our facilities. As Building Management Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all building systems, services, and amenities operate efficiently whilst maintaining the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and tenant satisfaction. This role is essential to maintaining our property's reputation and providing an excellent experience for all occupants.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of building maintenance and support staff, including cleaners, technicians, and security personnel


• Monitor and maintain all building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety equipment to ensure optimal functionality


• Conduct regular inspections of common areas, facilities, and building infrastructure to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards


• Prepare and manage maintenance schedules, ensuring preventative maintenance is carried out on time and cost-effectively


• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, including fire safety protocols and building codes


• Manage vendor relationships and contractor schedules, overseeing maintenance contracts and service delivery


• Communicate effectively with building occupants regarding maintenance activities, disruptions, and facility updates


• Monitor utility consumption and implement energy-efficiency measures to reduce operational costs


• Support the implementation of facility management policies and procedures across the building

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in building management, facilities supervision, or property maintenance, preferably in a commercial or multi-tenant environment


• Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and general maintenance procedures


• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively


• Strong problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude for diagnosing and resolving building-related issues


• Solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental compliance requirements relevant to building management


• Valid driver's licence and willingness to mobile working in Bandung area


• Relevant certifications or qualifications in facilities management, building maintenance, or health and safety are advantageous
