Job summary
Pt Perkasa Internusa Mandiri (Unit Building Management) seeks an experienced Building Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations for facilities in Bekasi. Lead a team of technicians, coordinate preventive schedules, and ensure safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing environments across West Java properties.

Qualifications
- Experience in building maintenance with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose a wide range of maintenance issues.
- Experience with maintenance management software and work order systems is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct a team of maintenance technicians and general laborers.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- Respond to and coordinate the resolution of maintenance and repair requests promptly.
- Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and building code regulations.
