Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in building management or facilities supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff including cleaners, techs, and security.
• Monitor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety equipment.
• Inspect common areas and infrastructure for maintenance needs and hazards.
• Create and manage preventative maintenance schedules.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental regulations compliance.
• Manage vendors and maintenance contracts.
• Communicate maintenance plans and disruptions to occupants.
• Monitor energy use and pursue efficiency improvements.
• Support facility management policies and procedures rollout.
