Job summary

PT Cekindo Business International in Jakarta is seeking an Accounting & Payroll Specialist (Staff Level) to manage the full accounting cycle and payroll processing for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, has at least one year of accounting and/or payroll experience, strong Excel and English communication, and a willingness to grow professionally within our dynamic, multinational team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting and/or payroll.
• Solid understanding of PPh 21, 22, 23, 4(2) tax regulations and payroll processes.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Accurate) and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to work on multiple client projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.

• Manage full accounting cycle including bookkeeping, journal entries, general ledger, and preparation of accurate financial statements.
• Handle payroll processing, including tax (PPh 21) and BPJS compliance, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Ensure proper authorization and confidentiality of payroll data and financial information at all times.
• Provide professional consultation and support to clients on accounting and payroll matters.
• Coordinate with internal teams and multiple clients to deliver financial reports and solutions within deadlines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting and/or payroll.

Solid understanding of basic tax regulations (PPh 21, 22, 23, 4(2)) and payroll processes; Brevet A & B is a plus.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate) and strong Microsoft Excel skills.

Excellent English communication skills and ability to work on multiple client projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
