Qualifications

• Familiarity with analytics tools to measure performance and guide decisions.
• Ability to develop strategy and creative campaign ideas.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multitasking and deadlines.
• Experience managing content calendars and cross-team coordination.
• Experience managing brand/business social media accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop content strategy with the marketing team aligned with brand objectives and target audience.
• Design content themes, campaigns, and promotions to drive engagement and awareness.
• Manage content calendar, publication schedule, and deadlines across digital platforms.
• Monitor and analyse content performance metrics using analytics tools and provide data-driven improvements.
• Follow industry trends, competitor activity, and new platform developments.
• Coordinate with designers, videographers, and copywriters to ensure brand message consistency.
• Manage audience interactions (comments, DM, community management) as needed.
• Create clear and understandable social media performance reports for presentation to management.
