• Bachelor degree required in any major.
• Minimum 3 years experience in marketing, preferably in food industry or agencies.
• Understanding of consumer research and new product development.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in developing marketing strategies and plans (sales, profitability, market share, brand share/equity).
• Monitor and strive to achieve AOP targets for sales, profitability and market share.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer behavior and opportunities.
• Plan and evaluate product mix performance across brands to support business objectives.
