Job summary

PT Global Yimi Cargo (J&T Cargo) is seeking a content professional to lead brand content planning, copywriting, campaign content, and visual communication materials. You will shape narratives and ensure consistency across channels.

You will lead creative planning and scriptwriting for videos, transform insights into engaging content, and collaborate with design and production teams to deliver from concept to final delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Communications, Copywriting, Marketing, or related fields.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to independently produce brand-related content.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in content creation.
• Experience in video content planning or scriptwriting (interviews/brand videos preferred).
• Strong content structuring skills to turn information into storytelling.
• Good aesthetics, creativity, and awareness of content trends.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with design and video teams.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall planning and execution of brand content, including copywriting, campaign content, and visual communication materials.
• Lead the creative planning and scriptwriting of video content (brand videos, employee interviews, event videos).
• Transform business insights and personal stories into structured and emotionally engaging content.
• Participate in planning brand activities and corporate culture content to enhance brand influence and internal communication.
• Collaborate with design, production, and editing teams to ensure end-to-end execution from concept to final delivery.
