J&T Cargo Indonesia (PT Global Yimi Cargo) is seeking a Brand Content Specialist to own the planning and execution of compelling brand content across copy, campaigns, and visuals. You will lead video content planning and scripting for brand videos and employee interviews.

The role requires strong storytelling, excellent copywriting, and the ability to coordinate with design and video teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in communications, copywriting, marketing, or related field.
• Strong copywriting skills with ability to independently produce brand content.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience.
• Experience in video content planning or scriptwriting (especially interviews or brand videos) preferred.
• Strong content structuring skills to turn information into storytelling.
• Good aesthetic sense, creativity, and awareness of content trends.
• Good communication and ability to collaborate with design and video teams.
• Strong sense of responsibility, high execution ability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and execution of brand content, including copywriting, campaign content, and visual materials.
• Lead planning and scripting of video content (brand videos, employee interviews, events).
• Transform business insights and stories into engaging written and video content.
• Participate in planning brand activities and corporate culture content to boost brand influence.
• Collaborate with design, production, and editing teams from concept to delivery.
